Advanced DaysYou asked for more advanced topics so we have changed this program this year. The survey of Elder Law is gone to the prior day and we have asked the speakers presenting for these two days to challenge those attending. For example Medicaid will be covered by picking one part and going into the weeds of one aspect. This is a different method then in years past, but if you are serious about learning this field then you want to be challenged. This course is for you.

The saying "you never stop learning" proves itself during these two days. One can be an expert in the field and still pull value from attending these two days. Further with the number of attorneys entering the field of Elder Law one cannot sit back and assume their experience places them in the position to know more than the attorney down the street. The law changes almost as fast as it is written. During the advanced days we cover the most cutting edge tips and trends for Florida Elder Law attorneys.
